From your file to your pallet.
A pair has to match itself. Ten thousand pairs have to match the pair. Consistency at scale is the only thing a factory can honestly sell, so it is the thing we measure at every stage below.
You send the file.
A technical pack, or a sketch and a reference pair. Length, gauge, yarn and blend, colourway, sizing, cuff depth, branding method and packaging. If you do not have a file yet, we build one with you from the reference pair.
We knit a sample.
A physical sample knitted against the file, not a rendering of it. You measure it, mark it up, and either sign it off or send it back for revision. Revisions are expected: it is cheaper to correct a sample than a container.

The sample becomes the rule.
Once you approve a pair, that pair is the standard. Production is measured back against it for length, weight, colour and cuff tension, not against a written description of it. A description can be read two ways; a physical pair cannot.

We pack and release.
Paired, boarded and packed to your artwork: header cards, bands, polybags and cartons. Shipped by us, or held at the gate for your own forwarder to collect.
Come and watch it happen.
Knitting, linking, boarding, pairing and packing all happen under one roof in Istanbul. Buyers are welcome on the floor before they commit and at any point during production. Most questions that take three emails take four minutes standing next to the machine.
